READING FILES: Delivery, including reports and audio files is usually digital and sent by e-mail.   Digital files are delivered within 48 hours.   Hard copies - for Astrology Reports only - will be mailed if you specify this is what you prefer.   It can take up to a week to send out physical files.   Please include your primary e-mail address so that you will receive your files in a timely manner.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Including Books and CD sets.   Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Cancellation/Return Policy

WORKSHOPS:

Please be sure to provide us with your PRIMARY EMAIL address - this is how we send your course details and product updates to you.   This is to insure ease of communication and delivery of your products and gifts!

Dates can be transferred to different workshop for a $35 processing fee.   We have a 7 day cancellation policy, after 7 days there is no refund, because we use these monies to set up our workshop and reserve space for confirmed attendees.   Transfers or credits for workshop fees can only be used for other workshops or products and are not transferable for services.

Indemnity: By signing up to attend our workshops, or use any of our products or services: Love Keys, The Golden Path, 7 Magic Keys or any other workshop that may exist in the future you agree that you are in sound mental health. Additionally you agree that you understand that we do not provide therapy or therapeutic services and if such services are needed you agree to seek and get them seperately from any association or attendance in any of our programs, those of AstrologyChick, AskAura, The Golden Path book, 7 Magic Keys, Auracle Websites, Aura Galadriel Wright. You agree to hold harmless AstrologyChick, AskAura, The Golden Path book, 7 Magic Keys, Auracle Websites, Aura Galadriel Wright, it's agents designees and subsidiaries for any harm resulting from failure to seek such needed services.

Workshops with Digital Products - digital products are for sale on our family of websites.   Digital products that are gifts or bonuses with purchase of tuition to a course require payment in the event of a cancellation.
